Three Rock Orienteering Club (3ROC) is a welcoming, inclusive orienteering club based in Dublin. Our club welcomes both individuals and families of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're an experienced orienteer or a complete beginner, 3ROC is the perfect place for you to explore the great outdoors and learn new orienteering skills. Founded in 1976, 3ROC is affiliated with Orienteering Ireland, the national governing body for the sport.3ROC organises regular orienteering events which are open to all ages and cater for all levels of fitness. These events take place in parks, woods and open mountainside mainly around Dublin, Wicklow and Louth providing a scenic environment for anyone who likes to be out in the open.
